Jeffro2pt0 Goes Naked
Written by Jeffro On April 09, 2008 | Category Of Post (Wordpress) | 21,367 views |
In spirit of CSS Naked Day I have disabled both style sheets that were attributed to the shifter theme that I have been using. The purpose of the CSS Naked Day is to bring about the attention of others to show off just how useful and beautiful CSS really is. I must be crazy for participating in something like this but, what the hell.

You are crazy, but hey, it really makes you think about what the net would look like without CSS. Even better would have been a day to retro fit your site to the old school way of skinning.
You are braver than I mister.

Thanks for joining the rest of us naked bloggers celebrating web design. Did you notice that this is a good test of your blog’s design. You have no blog title header text! CAUGHT!
The sidebar still works, so you made choices to remove only part of the CSS, which is fine, it’s just interesting to see how much of your web design you will live with or without.
Thanks, still, for honoring the designers that make our blogs pretty!

Jeff, you’ve inspired me……just don’t say that you’re going streaking next……don’t think I have the nerve for that anymore.

I went naked for my personal blog (ronalfy.com) today. I did the same last year and found it a lot of fun.
I was tempted to do it for raproject.com, but I suppose it’s a little different with multiple author blogs. I also didn’t want to scare anyone off who might be coming for the Liz Strauss transcript, which turned out to be surprisingly few.

You’ve got a transcript of WordCamp with Liz’s speech! Wonderful. I’ll check it out. I missed part of it running around behind the scenes and she always makes powerful points in subtle ways that change how I blog. Thanks!

Jeffro, looks like your shifter theme shifted. Quite a bit.
