New Premium Themes Site Launched

Ronald Huereca tipped me off to a new premium theme site that has recently launched. It’s called PremiumThemes.net and features at least 25 high quality premium WordPress themes available for purchase.
Background Info for PremiumThemes.net: This site is a WordPress themes goldmine where I will bring new, vibrant, useful and affordable themes that would help the Individual Professional and Companies to focus on their niche area instead of stuggling endlessly with the themes.
The site actually contains a number of themes I have never seen before. The layouts on most of these designs looks to have drifted away from the typical blog look and instead, focuses on various content elements in different spots that we would normally not see them in.
What I especially like about the PremiumThemes.net website is the way they present information related to the themes. The detailed pages include information such as theme features, theme admin options, what the theme package includes, and pricing information. These detailed pages alone look really well done.
Most of the themes offered by these guys come in at around $39.00 but I did see a couple for $49.00. These prices were for the personal package and not the developer package. If you’re looking for an affordable theme that will set your site apart, give some of these new comer themes a look through.
Let me know which ones you like and which ones you might be inclined to purchase.

blah. idunno about this one. The homepage already fails validation, it’s SEO heavy on the title (which means its desperate), theres a lot of pictures being used instead of real text and css (bad slicing), and the features don’t seemed to be all that premium to me. I guess you get what you pay for @ 39 bucks.
People seemed to be using “Premium” as a buzz word to sport on their themes that look like you can get as freemium. The quality of the themes don’t seem to be all that great comparing them to themes you can buy @ $5 over at the themes club. I was afraid of this type of thing happening. Somebody needs to put a stop to this.
But of course my opinion is biased
makes me want to rush and get mines out the door, but patience is a virtue. quote me on that.

@Ptah Dunbar Hey Ptah, thanks for your insights into those themes being offered. Do you think this is a fine example of someone stepping in and undercutting premium theme authors by selling so called premium themes under the $50.00 threshold?

@jeffr0 Well, first of all, I’m not looking at the price, as thats secondary. I’m looking for the “highest quality” themes that it seems to boast.
As as self-taught web designer and developer working in the web industry for almost 3years, I see quality when I come across it, and the so called, premiumthemes.net just doesn’t seem to meet up to par.
After taking a quick glance at its offerings and the actual site itself, it looks like it’s trying to ride on the premium themes hype and cash in a quick buck or two. Just try to compare this to others like mimbo pro, revolution, or PNT and you’ll see. Plus, who’s behind all this?
I hope it proves me wrong, but I doubt that from my first impressions. Personally, I think bloggers can find way better deals for themes that are free as appose to buying one of these.

I just found out Mimbo Pro launched too.

R.Bhavesh, creator of WPRemix, is behind the new PremiumThemes.net site. He mentioned to me yesterday that the site wouldn’t be totally ready for a few more days, so some of Ptah’s complaints might be resolved by then.
