Valentine Skin For Shifter Theme

For those of you who are currently using the Shifter theme, and want to give some love to your theme (literally) you now have the option of installing a Valentines Day skin called Heart Stopper. The Heart Stopper skin features a nice pule effect when you mouse over the menu tabs. It also contains a dark and light version of the skin. See a slideshow of Heart Stopper screenshots.
